What we collect

From customers: company name, address, phone, email and GST number, used to create and manage the account. From a customer's website: the product catalogue the customer asks us to read. From shoppers who use the chat: their messages, an anonymous visitor id and the approximate device type.

How it is used

To run the service, to keep it secure, and to let each customer see how their own assistant is doing.

Separation

Each customer's data is stored in its own database and is never shown to another customer.

Retention and deletion

Chat messages are kept for a limited period. A customer may ask for their data to be exported or deleted.
