Terms of service

1. The service

The service provides a shopping assistant chat for a customer's website, a back office to manage it, and tools to import the customer's product catalogue.

2. Accounts

The person who registers is responsible for the account, for keeping logins private, and for the people they add to their team.

3. Your data

The customer's catalogue and settings belong to the customer. Shoppers' chat messages are processed on the customer's behalf. Each customer's data is kept separate from every other customer's.

4. Fees and AI modes

AI modes other than Off are switched on once a monthly limit has been agreed in writing. Fees, if any, are agreed separately.

5. Acceptable use

The service must not be used to collect data from websites the customer does not own or control.

6. Changes and ending the service

Either side may end the agreement. On request the customer's data is exported and deleted.
